Here’s what my AI process looks like:

• Brainstorming product ideas
  • I use prompts like: “Give me 10 resource ideas for middle school financial literacy.”
• Writing listings and previews
  • AI drafts my product descriptions, then I tweak the tone.
• Building out full workbooks
  • I feed it outlines and let it fill in instructional language, extension ideas, and scaffolding.
• Batching promo content
  • I use Canva Magic Write + AI-generated blurbs for thumbnails, previews, and Pinterest pins.

Is it perfect? No. But it’s better than burnout.
